The apartment, adorned with Doris's charming paintings, boasted three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious terrace - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee amidst the serene German countryside. The convenience of a washing machine was a huge plus for us, ensuring we could pack lightly for our trip.While we didn't have the opportunity to dine at the on-site restaurant, the tantalizing aroma wafting from below left us eager for a return visit. The location, close to the Main Radweg for cycling enthusiasts, added to the hotel's appeal. The warmth of the apartment, coupled with the quirky antiques scattered throughout, created a cozy ambiance that felt like a home away from home.Drachenburg strikes a balance between luxury and value, offering guests a comfortable retreat with thoughtful amenities at a reasonable cost. For those seeking a peaceful stay in the heart of the German countryside, I highly recommend this hidden gem.
